SPECIAL ORDERS & ON ORDER ITEMS
We keep a large stock of the vast majority of products you will see on our website, although all products are subject to availability. If a product for any reason is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you immediately through email, and how long before the product is in stock again.
Some products are "special order" or “on order only”. These are products that we order in specifically for you or those that include any customization. We will advise you on estimated delivery times and costs through email should you wish to make a purchase of any of these.

SHIPPING
When you need fast delivery, we'll ship your order as fast as we physically can, and advise you on the earliest delivery time. We will process your order within 7 days, and please allow up to 14 days for delivery, with the exception of special or on order products. We will notify you should this change for your particular order.
All our orders are shipped via UPS within the 50 United States and Canada. For all international, orders, customers can choose and arrange with their own preferred carriers should they not wish to use UPS.

CUSTOM DUTIES & LOCAL TAXES
You, the customer, are fully responsible for any custom duties or local taxes that may apply to the products.
