Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee that no matter whatever your requirements, we will always leave you satisfied. No matter what your question, a member of our term will be there to help you swiftly. When you need to return something, for whatever reason, we'll take it back for a full refund within 30 days of customer’s receipt of product, as long as the product is in the same condition as it was when you received it. Unfortunately, all DVD sales are final. The refund for shipping costs will depend on each individual case.
All you need to do for refunds is follow these 3 simple steps:
- Email us at orders@whisperide.com quoting your order reference number before you send the products back, and tell us if you would like to exchange the item or accept a full refund.
- We will then promptly issue you with a unique reference number. Return the products to us along with your original invoice and this reference number. (Please use recorded delivery or similar for this)
- We will then email you on receipt of the returned products and organize a refund or an exchange; and it's as simple as that.
Please note we cannot accept items that are: damaged, have been used and have dirt, horse sweat or other marks on them, items custom made to order, returned outside the 30 day period from delivery or are not returned in the same condition as which they were delivered.
Whisperide does not accept any liability for products that are lost or damaged in shipping, and reserves the right to refuse refund of any item which we deem to have not been returned in accordance with our return policy, which is held at our discretion.
